You have just purchased a property and now what? You have no time or idea where to start with furnishings and fixtures. I have done turnkey setups for destination clubs around the globe and have the experience to complete your project to the highest of standards.

What this means is, simply all you have to do is put the key in the door and “voila”. We look after everything to set up your home to completion. This is charged on a percentage of the total cost of the project.

We will chat first to find out exactly how the space is going to be used, your residence or an income rental or both. I will find out what your expectations are for the overlook and design. I have made this as easy as possible for you with some preselected furniture packages in various budgets.

The process involves ordering, shipping, receiving, unpacking, installing, garbage removal, final cleaning and professionally photographed for rental listings.
