When moving into a new or previously owned property you can't always find exactly what you need or want for furniture. You may require custom cabinetry, furniture and painting to get exactly what you desire. I have experience doing business with several high quality carpenters and trades.

If you’ve decided to do a remodel I can work with you on the ultimate plan and desired look. If you are completely baffled as to where to start or who to call, I can also help you with that process. We can work together or I can project manage the remodel for a flat fee, depending on the size of the project. 

•  Knowing what to ask for and expect from the labourers is huge. Cover every detail.
• Timelines and schedules aren't what we are used to in Canada and the US. Expect to wait and add on extra days.
• The climate in PV is very different from back in Canada or the US. It is very important to know what materials to use that will do well with our tropical climate.
• If you are wanting quality furnishings you will be paying the same prices as in Canada and the US. It is possible to purchase less expensive furniture but be prepared to replace it in a couple of years, if not sooner.
• Most individuals, labourers and trades only accept cash. If you are planning to pay for your project with a credit card, it’s going to be problematic and not possible.
